Crete. The dazzling sun, sea, the greenhouses with the cucumbers, tomatoes and bananas along the road, hills covered with orange, lemon and olive groves – this all is included into the word “Crete”. The groves seem to grow on their own… no tracks of human activity.
Hotels in Crete correspond to the world standard requirements and still differ from Paris, London or Moscow hotels. They are designed specifically for the rest. Reception staff without fail speaks several foreign languages. All big hotels possess besides the main building also bungalows with 1-4 rooms, separate yards and balconies, constructed so much adroitly that you will never meet your neighbors.
There are hotels, with atmosphere and furniture imitating the ancient Cretan villages. 
The holiday-makers are not allowed to have tedious time, the hotels arrange shows and entertaining events.
This can be a barbeque or fish day, a piano or folklore concert, disco or a lottery. You might never leave the hotel’s territory and never get bored. There are a many places of interest on Crete. But unfortunately there are not too many trees. 27.07.06 |
